1. No Refunds on Opened or Used Products

Due to hygiene and safety considerations, we do not offer refunds on any opened, used, or tampered products, including our spice blend Luke’s Gold. All product sales are final unless defective or incorrectly delivered.

2. Defective or Damaged Goods

In line with the Consumer Protection Act, you are entitled to a replacement or refund if the goods you receive are:

- Defective or damaged upon delivery,

- Not what you ordered, or

- Do not match the description provided on the website.

You must notify us within 7 (seven) calendar days of receiving the product by emailing luke@lukesgoodlifestyle.com with proof of purchase and photos of the issue.

3. Conditions for Refund or Replacement

To qualify for a refund or exchange:

- The item must be unused (unless defective).

- You must provide the original order number and proof of payment.

- Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

We reserve the right to inspect returned items before approving any refund or replacement.

4. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7–14 working days. Transac

tion processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Services (Personal Training)

Refunds for personal training services will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Refunds will not be issued for:

- Sessions missed without 24-hour notice.

- Client dissatisfaction due to lack of personal progress.

- Change of mind after starting a training plan.

6. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the order was incorrectly fulfilled or arrived damaged.
